About The Role.

As a Sales Executive based in Goa, you will be responsible for driving Food Service business growth through excellent execution, distributor management, customer relationship development, and commercial discipline. This role plays a critical part in achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base across the assigned territory, and strengthening partnerships with distributors, hotels, restaurants, cafés, and other Food Service customers. Success in this position requires a balance of business development ('hunter') capabilities and account management ('farmer') skills, while ensuring strong commercial and stock hygiene.

What You'll Be Doing.

• Manage and develop assigned distributors and sub-distributors across North Goa, driving primary and secondary sales performance.
• Build, maintain, and grow relationships with Food Service customers including hotels, restaurants, cafés, and other HORECA accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand McCain's Food Service footprint within the assigned geography.
• Achieve sales targets, business objectives, and key performance indicators for the territory.
• Track and report customer-wise secondary sales performance using company reporting formats.
• Support new product listings and execute customer-specific activities to increase product adoption.
• Ensure commercial hygiene by managing claims, order placement, NCC processes, and distributor-related commercial activities.
• Lead and support a team of Territory Sales Incharges (TSIs) and Supervisors to accelerate Food Service business growth.
• Execute trade activations, promotional initiatives, sampling programs, and business development activities.
• Drive distributor capability development, customer acquisition, new town expansion, and overall market penetration.
  
  

What You'll Need To Be Successful.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
• Relevant experience in the HORECA/Food Service channel.
• Strong understanding of business planning and territory management.
• Experience in sales planning and execution.
• Proven distributor management capabilities.
• Strong customer-focus mindset and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering results and achieving business targets.
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership.

About The Team.

You will be part of McCain's Food Service Sales team, working closely with distributors, sales representatives, supervisors, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive business growth across Goa. The role reports through the sales organization and plays a key role in strengthening McCain's presence within the Food Service channel while supporting broader regional growth objectives.
