About the Role

As the first point of contact for prospective homeowners, you'll play a key role in shaping their first impression of eGlu. You'll engage with qualified inbound enquiries, understand customer needs, build trust through consultative conversations, and help customers take the next step in creating their dream home.

This role is about creating exceptional customer experiences from the very first interaction. Every conversation should leave customers feeling understood, informed, and excited to explore what's possible. You'll represent the eGlu brand with professionalism, warmth, and a consultative approach that reflects our premium positioning.

What You'll Do

● Engage with inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.

● Understand customer requirements, project stage, and home aspirations.

● Qualify prospects through calls and WhatsApp conversations.

● Schedule Experience Centre visits and virtual consultations.

● Follow up consistently while maintaining a premium customer experience.

● Keep CRM records updated with accurate customer information and interaction history.

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

● Build strong relationships with homeowners, architects, and interior designers where relevant.

What We're Looking For

Excellent spoken and written English (additional regional languages are a bonus).

● Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

● Ability to ask the right questions and actively listen.

● Confidence handling conversations over phone and WhatsApp.

● Professional, empathetic, and customer-first attitude.

● Highly organized with good follow-up discipline.

● Comfortable using CRM tools and productivity software.

● Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

● 1–4 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Success, Business Development, or Premium Retail Sales.

● Experience in luxury products, real estate, interior design, home improvement, architecture, consumer durables, or premium lifestyle brands is an advantage.

● Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong learning mindset are also encouraged to apply.
