About the Role: We are seeking a professional and highly organized Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to manage front office operations and support day-to-day administrative activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to coordinate effectively with employees, visitors, vendors, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Manage reception desk, visitor handling, and incoming calls.
\n
• Coordinate courier, mail, and vendor-related activities.
\n
• Maintain office supplies, stationery, consumables, and inventory records.
\n
• Support printing, documentation, and administrative processes.
\n
• Assist with executive calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
\n
• Occasionally visit vendor locations to collect urgent documents/materials as required.
\n

Skills & Experience Required:

\n
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Reception, Front Office, Administration, or Executive Assistant roles.
\n
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
\n
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
\n
• Experience in visitor management, vendor coordination, and record maintenance.
\n
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
\n
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel locally on an occasional basis. (Preferred)
