We're supporting a leading global organisation in the search for an experienced Change & Communications Manager to support a major Digital Transformation programme across the Asia, Middle East & Africa (AMEA) region.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving business change across a broad portfolio of enterprise initiatives. Rather than being focused on a single technology, you'll support transformation across multiple Digital, Finance, and Supply Chain programmes, ensuring stakeholders are engaged, prepared, and ready to adopt new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Change Management and Communications across regional transformation initiatives.
• Develop and execute change strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Drive business readiness, user adoption, and organisational change.
• Work closely with programme teams, business leaders, and regional stakeholders.
• Coordinate training, communications, and adoption activities across multiple markets.
• Identify change impacts and develop mitigation plans to support successful transformation.
• Provide regular reporting on change progress, risks, and adoption metrics.
  
  

Required Experience

• Proven experience in Change Management and Communications.
• Experience supporting large-scale Digital or Enterprise Transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience working with Finance, Supply Chain, or wider business transformation initiatives.
• Ability to work across global, cross-functional teams and multiple cultures.
• Strong organisational and programme coordination skills.
