Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Performance Marketing Expert specializing in Meta Ads. The role involves planning, building, and optimizing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns to achieve performance targets such as leads, conversions, and return on ad spend. Daily responsibilities include audience research, campaign setup, ad copy and creative collaboration, tracking configuration, performance monitoring, and data-driven adjustments. The person in this role will analyze campaign reports, perform A/B testing, manage budgets, and coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with business objectives. The role also includes staying current with Meta Ads policies, platform updates, and best practices to maintain compliance and improve results. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Marketing and Marketing Strategy skills to design, implement, and refine performance campaigns. Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills with specific expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) campaign management. Candidates should possess solid Communication and Sales collaboration skills to coordinate with internal teams and translate campaign insights into business outcomes. Candidates should possess analytical skills, including proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, performance dashboards, and basic understanding of key metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, and CTR. Relevant experience managing paid social campaigns, preferably in a performance-focused or agency environment. Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines under minimal supervision. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if supported by strong experience. Familiarity with landing page optimization, pixel implementation, and basic understanding of funnel-based marketing is beneficial.
