Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor based in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing compelling visual content and editing engaging videos for digital and print platforms. You will work closely with doctors, marketing professionals, and hospital departments to transform medical information into creative, easy-to-understand, and visually appealing content.

The role requires creativity, attention to detail, strong storytelling skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining consistency with Babylon Hospital's brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Design creative graphics for social media, websites, digital advertisements, brochures, standees, banners, posters, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Create patient education materials, hospital information leaflets, event creatives, and internal communication assets.
• Develop branding elements including logos, icons, illustrations, and campaign visuals while maintaining brand consistency.
• Design high-quality creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and other digital platforms.
• Prepare print-ready files for marketing and promotional materials.

Video Editing:

• Edit promotional videos, doctor interviews, podcasts, patient testimonials, awareness campaigns, educational videos, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and event highlights.
• Add professional transitions, animations, motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, and color correction to enhance video quality.
• Optimize videos for various digital platforms while maintaining visual consistency.
• Collaborate during video shoots and assist with creative direction whenever required.

Collaboration & Content Development:

• Work closely with doctors, consultants, marketing teams, and administrative departments to create impactful healthcare communication.
• Convert complex clinical information into engaging and easy-to-understand visual content.
• Support branding campaigns, awareness initiatives, healthcare events, and marketing activities.
• Manage multiple design and editing projects while meeting deadlines.
• Organize and maintain an efficient archive of design files, videos, and creative assets.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field.
• Relevant practical experience with a strong portfolio will also be considered.

Preferred Experience:

• 1–3 years of professional experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing.
• Experience working in Healthcare, Education, Corporate, or Digital Marketing environments will be an advantage.
• Experience designing social media campaigns, branding materials, and promotional videos.
