Job Description

Role: Intern - IT & Desktop Support

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Technical sound in windows troubleshooting, blue dump error etc
• Hands on experience on Windows 11 OS . Good in troubleshooting for MS Office Outlook, 0365 and application
• Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking .
• Walk-in users through installing applications and computer peripherals
• Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
• Conduct remote troubleshooting
• Basic network knowledge. . Must have knowledge on VC and projector/presentation set-up
• Must have knowledge of Antivirus / Drive Encryption-Decryption concept should be clear
• Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue .
• Record technical issues and solutions in logs
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel Help create technical documentation and manuals Requirements
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Mac OS environments
• Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and
• scanners
• Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Follow up with the users to ensure their technical issues are resolved
• Maintain weekly reports on users inquiries, responses and feedback so as to develop customer service analytics and trends
• Respond to users queries in a timely and accurate way, via the help desk tool, email, chat or phone
• Identify users needs and help customers use specific features
• Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with users
• Documentation of review process
• Follow up with users to ensure their technical issues are resolved
