Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Finance And Human Resources at Nimble Vision in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing financial operations, managing human resources functions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Manager will be responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, employee relations, and training programs.

Maximum Experience 3 Year.

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and labor laws
• Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Training skills
• Financial Management, Budgeting, and Reporting skills
• Experience in payroll processing and benefits administration
• To Manage the financial accounts of the company, this involves the day-to-day accounting function and ensure closing of books in time bound manner on periodic basis including periodic bank reconciliation, provisions/accruals, ledger scrutiny, vendor & employee payments etc.
• Preparation of monthly/quarterly as well as yearly financial results in accordance with IND

• Compiling /designing MIS/Decision Support system, Budgets & Forecasting • To ensure statutory compliance with respect to GST, TDS, Prof tax, etc and timely return filing.

• Responsible for adherence to financial & accounting policies and operating procedures framed by the company.

• To Handle Internal, Statutory, GST and Tax Audits & To Handle Income Tax Assessments /Scrutiny

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
