Designation: Assistant Manager/Manager (Land acquisition)

Location: Hyderabad

CTC: 12 – 14 LPA

\n

How can you make an Impact?

\n

Purpose : To lead land sourcing and business development efforts in Hyderabad, enabling Ashiana Housing's strategic expansion by identifying, evaluating, and closing high-potential residential land opportunities.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

1. Land Sourcing & Deal Origination

\n

\n
• Identify and source land parcels suitable for residential development.
\n
• Build a strong pipeline of off-market and market deals
\n

\n

2. Market Intelligence & Feasibility

\n

\n
• Conduct micro-market analysis (pricing, absorption, competition, regulatory environment)
\n
• Prepare initial feasibility and business case notes
\n

\n

3. Developer & Partner Engagement

\n

\n
• Identify and engage with local developers for JVs / JDs / outright purchase
\n
• Maintain relationships with Landowners, Channel partners / brokers, Local consultants
\n
• Represent Ashiana in initial deal discussions and negotiations
\n

\n

4. Deal Structuring & Closure Support

\n

\n
• Support structuring of financial models and deal terms
\n
• Participate in negotiations to close transactions
\n
• Track deal progress from lead to closure
\n

\n

5. Stakeholder Management

\n

\n
• Work closely with HO leadership and cross-functional teams
\n
• Provide regular updates on Pipeline status, Market trends & Key risks/opportunities
\n

\n

What are we looking for?

• 4 to 8 years of experience in Land acquisition /Business Development
\n
• Strong local network (brokers, landowners, developers)
\n
• Deal-making and negotiation capability
\n
• Commercial acumen (basic feasibility understanding)
\n
• High ownership & drive
\n
• Strong relationship-building ability
\n
• Street-smart, result-oriented mindset
\n
• Ability to work in an unstructured / new market setup
\n
