Company Description Alliance World Manufacturing Limited (AWML), formerly Alliance India, is the FMCG division of Alliance Group and the largest third-party manufacturer of bathing soaps in India. T

Role Description The Outbound / Despatch Incharge is a full-time, on-site role based at AWML's manufacturing facility in Baddi. This role is responsible for overseeing daily outbound operations, including planning and scheduling dispatches, coordinating with production, warehouse, and logistics teams, and ensuring timely shipment of finished goods.

The position involves calling for truck placement from Union , verifying documentation, supervising loading activities, monitoring inventory movement, and maintaining accurate records in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

The Outbound / Despatch Incharge also collaborates with transporters and customers to resolve dispatch-related issues, supports continuous improvement in dispatch processes, and ensures adherence to safety and quality standards on the shop floor.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in warehouse and dispatch management, including outbound planning, inventory control, and coordination of loading/unloading activities.
  • Experience in logistics and supply chain operations, such as transport coordination, route planning, and shipment tracking.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and ERP or dispatch management systems for documentation, data entry, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of FMCG or manufacturing environments, with familiarity in GMP standards, safety practices, and quality compliance.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field; prior experience in dispatch or outbound operations is highly preferred.
  • Candidate should be from Soap manufacturing industry and
  • Candidate from Baddi , Himachal Pradesh will be prefered.
