retail, F&B, and event spaces that draws a steady flow of shoppers, diners, and event-goers

throughout the week.

Role Overview:

We're looking for a Community Manager to build and nurture relationships with tenants, visitors, andthe neighbourhood around Safina Plaza — driving footfall, engagement, and a strong sense of placeacross the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute community engagement initiatives, in-mall activations, and seasonal events to

drive footfall.

• Build and maintain relationships with tenants and retail partners, resolving day-to-day concerns and

coordinating joint promotions.

• Manage Safina Plaza's social media presence and respond to visitor queries and feedback across

channels.

• Organise and host events, pop-ups, and collaborations with local brands, artists, and community

groups.

• Track footfall, engagement metrics, and tenant satisfaction, and report insights to management.

• Coordinate with the cafe, retail, and operations teams to ensure a consistent visitor experience.

• Handle on-ground visitor relations, feedback collection, and complaint resolution.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in community management, mall/retail marketing, events, or hospitality.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable with social media management and basic content planning.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and work on-site, including weekends when needed.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; marketing or hospitality background preferred.
