Content Developer – Learning & Development we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Developer to design engaging learning experiences for customer-facing frontline teams. The ideal candidate should have experience in instructional design, digital content creation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build impactful training solutions. Content Developer – Learning & Development Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Work Mode: Work from Office Experience: 2–5 years Employment Type: Full-time Working Days: 6 days/week Key Responsibilities Create engaging learning content in multiple formats, including videos, reels/shorts, interactive and gamified content, presentations, and SCORM-based modules. Design assessments and evaluations aligned with learning objectives and instructional models. Develop training assets such as quick reference guides, product pitches, posters, and bite-sized learning content. Create course curriculums, storyboards, and scripts for training programs. Understand business and training requirements to develop customized content for different zones and regions. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for content localization and language translations. Conduct field visits and research to understand learner needs, content effectiveness, and usability. Partner with Training Leads, Training Managers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to capture domain knowledge and create relevant learning solutions. Work with cross-functional teams to develop product, process, and customer support training content. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality learning projects and maintain content accuracy through regular updates. Support Learning Management System (LMS) activities, including content management and data analysis. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2 Years of experience in content development. At least 1 year of experience working with Learning & Development teams, preferably in a B2C environment. Basic understanding of instructional design principles and learning methodologies. Hands-on experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Articulate Storyline, Google Workspace, and Camtasia. Familiarity with Gen AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini is an added advantage. Understanding of audio/video editing and streaming compression methods. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in English and at least one regional language. Interest or experience in sales, technology, customer support, or vehicle servicing domains is an advantage. Ability to collaborate effectively as a team player with strong analytical skills. What You Bring Creativity and a passion for creating impactful learning experiences.
