Graphic Designer (Sales Collateral & Multilingual DTP) | Remote | Contract

Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Graphic Designer (Sales Collateral & Multilingual DTP) at White Globe Group. The Graphic Designer will create, adapt, and refine sales and marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and digital assets aligned with brand guidelines. The role involves multilingual desktop publishing (DTP), preparing and formatting layouts for multiple languages, ensuring accurate text placement, typographic consistency, and design integrity across language versions. The designer will collaborate with project managers, localization specialists, and marketing teams to understand content requirements, incorporate feedback, and deliver print-ready and digital-ready files within deadlines. Day-to-day tasks include working with design and layout tools, managing versioning of assets, maintaining visual branding standards, and optimizing designs for different channels and formats.

IMMEDIATE TASK

Design and produce enterprise sales collateral for a marquee automotive client from a finished copy deck — the content, structure and layout intent are fully specified; your job is craft: hierarchy, spacing, colour discipline and print/tab-PDF production quality. Phase A is a polish pass on our Canva build; Phase B is the full 30–40 page kit each (significant volume) in two formats (interactive tab PDF + print) including Hindi and Gujarati editions typeset correctly.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

• Portfolio of B2B sales/marketing collateral (brochures, sales kits, pitch decks) — not just logos and social posts.

• Canva Pro fluency (Phase A is in Canva) AND at least one of Figma/InDesign for Phase B print production; CMYK/bleed/crop-mark competence.

• Devanagari and Gujarati typesetting experience — correct fonts, line-breaking and text-expansion handling (show one multilingual sample).

• Data-visual craft: comparison tables/scoreboards that look designed, not spreadsheet-ish.

DELIVERABLES BY PHASE

• Phase A: polish pass on the 7-page Canva sample — alignment, spacing, hierarchy — within 1-2 working day, no copy changes.

• Phase B: full kit master (EN) + tab-PDF and print editions + HI/GU editions from our supplied translations + reusable template/brand file so future model pages are template-fills.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for creating high-quality visual assets and layouts.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to ensure consistent brand identity across sales collateral and marketing materials.
• Candidates should possess Typography skills to manage multilingual text layouts, hierarchy, and readability across various formats.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and experience with multilingual DTP workflows.
• Experience designing sales collateral and marketing materials for global audiences, ideally within localization or language services environments.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work with multiple language versions, and commitment to maintaining design consistency and quality.
• Effective communication skills, ability to collaborate in remote, cross-functional teams, and manage deadlines for multiple projects.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
