Sr General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Direct and coordinate all activities related to the execution of construction projects, from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed within the specified timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Monitor and evaluate project performance, addressing any deviations or challenges effectively.
• Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, legal requirements, and industry standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare and present progress reports, financial updates, and project documentation to senior management.
• Drive innovation and best practices in construction techniques and project management processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field; master's degree is a plus.
• 18–20 years of experience in civil engineering and project management, preferably in the engineering and construction industry.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from concept to completion.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and legal compliance.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
