We're looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing team and help customers discover the beauty of IGI-certified lab-grown diamond jewellery. If you have a strong background in jewellery retail and enjoy building meaningful customer relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do\n

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers with a premium shopping experience.
\n
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right jewellery pieces.
\n
• Educate customers about lab-grown diamonds, their quality, certification, and benefits.
\n
• Manage enquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and other digital channels.
\n
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
\n
• Build lasting customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
\n
• Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards.
\n
• Prepare quotations, coordinate billing, and ensure a seamless customer journey.
\n
• Maintain showroom presentation and uphold brand standards.
\n

What We're Looking For\n

\n
• 1–2 years of jewellery retail sales experience (Mandatory).
\n
• Previous experience in a jewellery showroom or luxury retail environment.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Comfortable communicating in English and Hindi.
\n
• Customer-first mindset with excellent sales and relationship-building abilities.
\n
• Basic knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, or lab-grown diamonds is preferred.
\n
• Self-driven, well-groomed, and passionate about luxury retail.
\n
