Engineering Manager AI SaaS

Location : Hyderabad (Hybrid 3 days from office)

Lead a team of full-stack engineers building generative AI-powered SaaS solutions for enterprise finance. Drive technical excellence and business impact in the FinTech space.

Key Responsibilities :

- Mentor and grow a high-performing team of 6 - 10 engineers.

- Guide architecture, design, and development of cloud-native SaaS applications with AI/ML features.

- Own end-to-end delivery of core product areas, ensuring secure, scalable systems.

- Partner with Product, AI/ML, and Business stakeholders to align solutions with the roadmap.

- Champion Agile, CI/CD, DevOps, TDD, and adoption of new AI tools/frameworks.

- Ensure reliable AWS cloud operations with strong security and high availability.

- Recruit, mentor, and foster creativity, ownership, and growth.

- Clearly communicate status, risks, and technical direction with energy and :

- 2+ years managing engineering teams delivering SaaS products (B2B/enterprise preferred).

- 10+ years of hands-on software development, leading complex projects.

- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.

- Proven expertise in Node.js, React.js/TypeScript, Python, and AI/ML solutions (LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows).

- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into production SaaS (prompt design, evaluation, guardrails).

- Strong Python, REST APIs (FastAPI), JSON, shell scripting.

- AWS/cloud integration expertise.

- System design, data modeling (RDBMS/NoSQL), scalable microservices.

- Ability to attract, mentor, and lead distributed teams.

- Strong project management and Agile delivery track record.

- Excellent communication across technical and business audiences.

- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI).

- Exposure to PyTorch/TensorFlow for inference workflows.

- FinTech domain experience.

- Familiarity with emerging GenAI tools.

- Track record of scaling engineering orgs at startups/growth-stage companies.

- Knowledge of enterprise integrations (SSO, email) and multi-tenant SaaS.
