Job Description: This job is responsible for independently performing a variety of routine and non-routine support functions related to trade finance servicing by following established bank policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include processing trade transactions, performing follow-up tasks, providing middle office support, handling irregular cases, and ensuring compliance with internal policy and local regulatory requirements. Job expectations include proactively improving capabilities to drive operational excellence and support delivery of exceptional client service. Responsibilities: - Support business objectives in Trade Finance area through adherence to all internal & external procedures & customer service orientation. - Ensure compliance with reporting / response deadlines - Responsible for ensuring adherence to laid down Compliance and Regulatory guidelines - Responsible for maintaining good rapport with branches and business teams - Timely resolution of queries and follow-up on documentary exceptions - Regular Interaction with Stakeholders for job related activities - Preparation of Internal and Customer related MIS as per the requirement. - Exhibiting team spirit. - Contributing towards department efforts in the areas of constant process improvement, improving productivity etc. Skills: - Trade Knowledge required - Qualifications - Graduate/MBA with 3-4 years of trade experience - Good Computer, Analytical & Accounting skills - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Ability to manage volumes with accuracy and handle pressure - Ability to manage a team and ensure work completion within stiff time deadlines
