We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with proven experience in managing Zoho Implementation Projects to join our growing team. Zoho Implementation: Lead end-to-end implementation projects involving Zoho Applications, ensuring successful deployment and integration based on client requirements.
Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive Project Plans, set milestones, and monitor project progress. Proactively address challenges and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
Customer Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations. Provide regular updates, address concerns, and collaborate to enhance overall Customer Satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Developers, Business Analysts, and Quality Assurance teams, to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues to prevent project delays and ensure successful project outcomes.
Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality standards throughout the project, conducting thorough testing and validation to guarantee the functionality and reliability of Zoho Solutions.
Training and Support: Provide training sessions to clients on Zoho Applications. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure clients maximize the benefits of the implemented solutions.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on Zoho Implementation Projects.
In-depth knowledge of Zoho Applications and their functionalities.
Strong Project Management skills, including Planning, Execution, and Risk Management.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to foster positive client relationships.
Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with Cross-functional Teams.
