SAP PP/SD Consultant - E2E Implementation

Role Overview :

As an SAP PP/SD Consultant, you will serve as a critical bridge between business requirements and technical execution within the Dubai office. You will lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Production Planning and Sales & Distribution modules, ensuring seamless integration across the supply chain. Working closely with cross-functional project teams and key client stakeholders, you will translate complex operational challenges into scalable SAP solutions that drive efficiency, reduce production bottlenecks, and optimize order-to-cash cycles for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and configure SAP PP and SD modules to align with client-specific manufacturing and distribution business processes.

- Lead full-cycle SAP implementations, managing everything from blueprinting and gap analysis to final system go-live and hyper-care support.

- Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom functional specifications, ensuring that ABAP developments meet the precise needs of the business.

- Conduct comprehensive system testing, including unit testing and integration testing, to guarantee the stability and performance of the SAP environment.

- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide expert guidance on industry best practices for production and sales operations.

- Resolve complex functional issues and provide ongoing post-implementation support to ensure continuous system optimization and user adoption.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring SAP PP (Production Planning) and SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) modules within large-scale enterprise environments.

- Proven ability to manage end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including deep knowledge of integration points with MM, FICO, and QM modules.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business requirements into functional design documents and technical specifications.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead client meetings and manage stakeholder expectations in a professional, on-site environment in Dubai.

- A minimum of 4 to 9 years of hands-on experience in SAP consulting, specifically focused on production and distribution lifecycles.

- A Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a proactive approach to solving technical challenges in a fast-paced consulting setting.
