About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to manage day-to-day employee operations and ensure HR processes run smoothly, accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding, induction, documentation, probation confirmations and exits.
• Maintain employee records, HR trackers, personnel files and HRMS data accurately.
• Support monthly payroll by managing attendance, leaves, deductions, reimbursements and employee inputs.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters and other HR documentation.
• Coordinate full-and-final settlements, exit formalities and clearance processes.
• Support statutory compliance, audits, insurance and employee-benefit administration.
• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, celebrations and internal initiatives.
• Share regular HR reports and ensure all operational timelines and employee requests are closed promptly.

What we're looking for

• 2–3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist HR.
• Good understanding of payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, onboarding and exit processes.
• Familiarity with HRMS platforms, Excel and employee-record management.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail, confidentiality and ownership.
• Ability to manage multiple employee requests and operational deadlines efficiently.
• Interest in building a positive and engaging employee experience.
