Job Description

Key Responsibilities\n

• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, reels, promotional videos, and digital content.
\n
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual treatments based on campaign requirements.
\n
• Design and animate 2D graphics, typography, illustrations, transitions, and visual effects.
\n
• Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and content teams to understand project requirements.
\n
• Edit and enhance videos with appropriate music, sound effects, transitions, and visual effects.
\n
• Adapt creative content into different formats and sizes for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, presentations, and other digital platforms.
\n
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual and motion content.
\n
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
\n
• Stay updated with the latest motion design trends, editing techniques, AI tools, and digital content formats.
\n
• Make revisions based on feedback and ensure final deliverables meet quality standards.
\n

Required Skills\n

\n
• Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
\n
• Good understanding of motion graphics, animation principles, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
\n
• Experience in video editing, transitions, color correction, and basic sound editing.
\n
• Ability to create engaging social media content such as Reels, Shorts, GIFs, and promotional videos.
\n
• Good understanding of different video formats, resolutions, aspect ratios, and export settings.
\n
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
\n
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
\n

Preferred Skills\n

\n
• Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software.
\n
• Experience with AI-based design and video generation tools.
\n
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX, branding, and graphic design.
\n
• Illustration and character animation skills.
\n
• Experience creating content for corporate brands or marketing campaigns.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
\n
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in motion graphics, animation, or video editing.
\n
• A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating motion graphics and video work is required.
