Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Marketing Manager who will be responsible for driving brand visibility, lead generation, and client acquisition across all verticals of Edit Lobby. This role requires hands-on involvement in planning and executing marketing initiatives across services, products, and new business offerings while ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
• Handle and drive marketing initiatives across all verticals of Edit Lobby, ensuring consistent brand positioning and communication.
• Work closely with leadership to understand each vertical's goals and create targeted marketing plans.
• Manage social media platforms and oversee content planning, scheduling, and publishing.
• Develop engaging content ideas and write scripts/copies for social media, promotional campaigns, and brand communication.
• Creative direct social media content by collaborating with editors, designers, and creators to produce high-performing content.
• Coordinate with creative and production teams for campaigns, promotional materials, and marketing assets.
• Run and monitor digital marketing campaigns (organic and paid) to improve reach and lead generation.
• Identify partnership and collaboration opportunities with brands, creators, and industry communities.
• Track campaign performance and share periodic reports with actionable insights.
• Support the launch and promotion of new services, products, and business verticals.
• Maintain and update the company website and other marketing assets.
• Stay updated with industry trends and recommend innovative marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in media, creative, agency, or service-based businesses.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and execution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and business verticals simultaneously.
• Ownership-driven mindset with a proactive approach to execution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing marketing for multiple services or business units.
• Basic knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Familiarity with lead generation and service marketing.
• Experience working in creative, production, or media environments.
• Strong content writing and scriptwriting skills for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Good understanding of video editing, motion design, and creative storytelling.
• Ability to conceptualize and creatively direct social media content from ideation to execution.
• Awareness of current content trends and platform-specific best practices (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
