About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Analytics professional with a strong background in data analytics and fintech to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with Python, SQL, and dashboard creation tools to translate business requirements into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build, automate, and maintain business dashboards and reports.

- Analyze large data sets to identify trends and business opportunities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions.

- Write optimized SQL queries and scripts for data extraction and transformation.

- Use Python for analytics, modeling, and automation.

Requirements :

- 2-4 years of experience in business analytics, preferably in the fintech space.

- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to communicate insights effectively to business stakeholders.
