About the Opportunity :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in delivering enterprise software projects within the Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, or Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing cross-functional Agile teams, driving end-to-end project delivery, and ensuring high-quality software solutions while collaborating with business and technology stakeholders.

Note : Candidates must have relevant domain experience in Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, or Financial Services. Profiles without this domain expertise will not be considered.

Your Key Responsibilities :

- Drive complete project execution from initiation to successful delivery across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Prepare project plans, define timelines, allocate resources, monitor budgets, and ensure milestones are achieved.

- Track project performance and deliver outcomes aligned with business objectives.

- Lead Agile Scrum teams and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

- Remove delivery roadblocks and promote Agile best practices across teams.

- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams.

- Gather business requirements, align delivery expectations, and provide regular project updates.

- Identify project risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.

- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality, security, compliance, and organizational standards.

- Track project progress using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

- Mentor development teams and promote continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience managing enterprise software development projects.

- Strong expertise in delivering projects across the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Mandatory domain experience in Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.

- Hands-on experience leading Agile Scrum teams as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or Delivery Lead.

- Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Proven ability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies.

- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
