Role Description The Educator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jamnagar. The Educator will design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the institution's curriculum and educational objectives. Daily responsibilities include planning instructional activities, teaching classes, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves supporting co-curricular initiatives, collaborating with colleagues and families, maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and participating in training or development programs offered by the trust.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with the ability to apply appropriate pedagogical methods.
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning, including structuring content, setting learning objectives, and adapting for diverse learning needs.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with learners, families, and colleagues.
• Experience in Training or mentoring learners, and facilitating academic and personal growth.
• Relevant degree or certification in Education or a related field.
• Experience working in a school or educational institution, preferably in holistic or value-based education settings.
• Ability to manage classrooms, use basic educational technology, and maintain accurate academic records.
• Commitment to inclusivity, ethical conduct, and continuous professional development.
