Marketing Executive

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive role based in Ludhiana. The Marketing Executive will support the promotion of MRPL's residential and commercial projects by planning and executing marketing campaigns, both online and offline. Daily activities include conducting market research, identifying target customer segments, coordinating with sales and project teams, and assisting in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, digital content, and presentations. The role involves managing local promotional events, maintaining relationships with channel partners and brokers, tracking campaign performance, and providing regular reports and insights to management. The Marketing Executive will also be expected to represent the brand professionally, ensure consistent messaging, and contribute ideas to enhance lead generation and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform Market Research and Market Planning to understand customer needs and competitive trends.
• Strong Sales and Marketing skills to support lead generation, campaign execution, and conversion activities.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients, partners, and internal teams, and for creating clear marketing messages.
• Relevant experience in real estate, hospitality, or related sectors is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in basic digital marketing tools, MS Office, and presentation software.
• Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana, manage multiple tasks, and meet timelines.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professional conduct, and a customer-focused mindset.
