We are seeking skilled personnel who have strong working knowledge in full administration and accounts life cycle. This role requires excellent administrative skills, payroll & tax knowledge, and the ability to handle a wide range of tasks efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities: In Administration Role: Oversee general office administration, including procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination. Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for financial and administrative records. Support HR-related activities, such as employee onboarding documentation and maintaining leave records. Handle travel arrangements for US Management. Ensure office equipment and facilities are maintained and vendor contracts are up to date. Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. In Accounts Role: Maintain day-to-day financial transactions including journal entries, general ledger updates, and reconciliations. Manage accounts payable, vendor payments. Prepare GST returns, ensure timely filings, and maintain related documentation. Handle TDS calculations, deductions, return filings, and generate Form 16/16A. Process and record monthly payroll, including statutory deductions (PF, ESI, Tax), and ensure timely disbursement of salaries. Maintain compliance with financial regulations and support audit requirements. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and office administration. Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, and payroll processing. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP and Payroll) and MS Office. Preferred candidate who has MS Navision background. Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
