Team Lead, Network Operations Center - Infrastructure Operations

The Impact You'll Make

As a Network Operations Center (NOC) Team Lead, you will play a critical role in keeping Danfoss connected, secure, and operational across our global business. By leading a team responsible for network monitoring and incident response, you will help ensure reliable digital services that support employees, customers, and business operations worldwide.

You will combine technical expertise with people leadership, guiding a high-performing team while driving continuous improvements across network operations. Your work will directly influence service stability, security, and operational excellence.

Based in Chennai (Oragadam), you will collaborate with global infrastructure, security, and engineering teams to deliver resilient network services in a dynamic, around-the-clock environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead a team of network operations professionals to deliver reliable monitoring, incident response, and operational support that keeps critical services running smoothly.
• Guide the resolution of complex network issues and escalations, enabling faster recovery and a better experience for users across the business.
• Drive operational excellence through performance tracking, process improvements, automation initiatives, and knowledge sharing.
• Partner with infrastructure, security, and engineering teams to strengthen network performance, implement changes, and enhance resilience.
• Develop team capabilities through coaching, mentoring, training, and clear performance expectations that support long-term growth and success.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience leading or coordinating network operations teams in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, including routing and switching, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, firewalls, VPNs, and network security principles.
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and change management practices.
• Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate across teams, and make effective decisions during operational incidents.
• Experience working with enterprise networking platforms and tools such as Cisco, Aruba, or similar technologies.
