CRES provides support to all business functions on Annual Branch/Office Network Expansion Plan of the Bank, Upkeep & Maintenance of existing branches & offices, Safety & Security and Administration including other Offices like RAC, Currency Chests and Regional Office. The department plays significant role as it deals with multiple internal/external stakeholders including vendors, various business teams and its verticals, F&A, compliance, audit etc. to ensure uninterrupted branch operations and safety of the employees besides implementing the ideas that brings cost & energy efficiencies, reductions to cost of operations and improved turn-around-time | |||||
| Key Responsibilities | |||||
Safety & Security - Command Centre Head: - Ensuring high standards of Safety & Security measures at branches at other locations which attracts customer flow & providing a safe and secure working environment for internal customers. - Installation & Maintenance of e-surveillance system in Branches and other offices of Bank. - Complaint management system to enhance experience of Internal customer. - Virtual Visits to Selected high Risk branches and ensure that the instructions issued related to e-surveillance and on security and safety are being followed - Submitting a Security Program evaluation and compliance report for Sensitive location such as Data Centre, & Currency Chest, high risk branches etc. - Ensure department activities run smoothly and efficiently by providing training and supervision within the department. - Ensure MIS, respective reports of Central Command Center are shared on timely basis. - Appraises management and respective stakeholders of emerging security Threats, vulnerabilities, and issues also helps the Bank in the establishment of appropriate controls to mitigate risks. - Establishing and maintaining satisfactory liaison between Administration & Security department and other depts. Peers, law enforcement authorities, govt. and quasi govt. Agencies. - Attend related security forum meetings and recommend best safety & security practices to Head Safety & Security. - Collection, development and dissemination of intelligence information - Develop and implements a security training strategy for the Bank staff and ensures appropriate steps are taken to ensure wide security compliance. - Develop Training module for Internal Training - Issue Advisories as and when required to & Guide employees for Emergency & contingency. - Conduct Mock Exercise & impart Hand On training. - Conduct Security Audits, causes to conduct inspection and checks on security systems at all major location - 2. Ensure compliance as per regulatory and Bank policy and requirements - With the help of tools available at CCC investigate suspicious and potentially malicious activity within the networks and system. - Based on investigation, determine the scope of threat, issue s and advisories accordingly. - Be first responder to incidents - Be on call to respond to incidents that arise post business hours. - Oversee and prioritise actionable steps during the detection of an incident. - Convey the unique requirements of high security incidents to the rest of the Team. - Develop solutions for short term and long term CCC needs. Safety & Security - Command Centre Team: Operations: - Ensuring operations 24.7 are activated by assigning officials in 3 shifts i.e. morning, afternoon and night. - Be vigilant by monitoring s and activate relevant SOP and follow up till closure of the incidence, - Briefing of s and incidents to Command Centre Head / Safety & Security Head for taking appropriate action if need arises - Prepare an initial incidence and a final report and submit it to Command Centre Head / Safety Security Head for further dissemination - Collate relevant documents, ensure relevant footage of incidence is saved for further investigation if required. - Analyse incidence report sequence of events and other relevant information and submit a study / observation report - Analyse performance of operators and conduct training at regular intervals. - Conduct Audit / surprise checks / drills to evaluate ness and knowledge of operators. - Co-ordinate with Technical team and project team for operations challenges if any. - Conduct / co-ordinate daily review meetings - Ensure receipt of periodic reports - Co-ordinate with Regional head security for update at ground level. - Monitoring QRT performance Technical: - Monitoring of all 24x7 critical systems operation - Work order management - Manning service desk for all incoming request - Perform emergency escalation and reporting management. - Liaise with on-site outsourced shift technical team to perform system inspection, emergency repair and emergency management with an aim to achieve a 100% uptime for CCC operations. - Tracking branch mail escalations and reducing complaints through L1 troubleshooting - Responsible for manning and monitoring of all e-surveillance systems such as Monitoring System, Fire Alarm System and other system automation monitoring. - Perform emergency escalation and reporting when systems abnormality occurs or notification received from Branch or technician via phone call. - Analyse system failure / multiple complaints of device or system at large and submit report - Keep update of new developments in field to enhance monitoring system. - Develop or modify software as per business / CCC requirements. - Training of onsite engineers at CCC - Conduct audit and evaluate performance of installations. - To conduct service / project engineer testing, upcoming branch commissioning with Command Centre. - Reducing repetitive false s iv) Reducing complaints through L1 troubleshooting - Troubleshooting HDD issues, 90 days recording issues New Projects: - Ensuring smooth Repair & maintenance of all the E- surveillance devices - Issuing Purchase Orders for Repair & Maintenance / Additional capex installation / Adhoc installations of CCTV & FAS. - Issuing Purchase Orders for CAMC of CCTV / FAS installations in branches. - Ensuring to have proper SLAs of all the partners working with CCC - Submission CCC reports & preparing PPTs to managements - Handling CCC Vendor Management & Billing Management. - Making CCC Yearly budget & Ensuring submission of monthly provisions. - Coordination with CPT & CAP HUB on daily basis for releasing vendors payment on time & its help to keep running CCC ops & projects smoothly. - New Vendors On boarding & rate contracts. - Ensure smooth distribution of CCC branches AMCs amongst SITC partners. - Responsible for installation of E-surveillance equipment in Bank locations - Make a plan layout for installation preferably mark it on a AutoCAD layout - Guide engineers at site for right direction of installation to obtain optimum result as desired and no false s / low false due to site restrictions - Ensure configuration of devices / sensors as per guidelines set by Bank - Conduct periodic site visits / cause to conduct cross audits to check installations and it's upkeep and maintenance - Ensure s are received as desired during installation and PMS. - Evaluate challenges faced by engineers during installation and suggest measures to improve on it | |||||
