• Step 5: Once completed, your TCS no. will be generated which starts from EP2025XXXX.

• Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.

Position Summary

The Canada Payroll Processor is responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing for Canadian employees while ensuring compliance with payroll procedures, service level agreements (SLAs), and client requirements. The role requires strong payroll domain expertise, stakeholder management, reporting capability, and continuous process improvement focus.

Job Requirements

• Experience in payroll processing and payroll operations.
• Knowledge of Canada Payroll processes and payroll lifecycle.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to meet SLA, KPI, and quality targets.
• Experience working in a BPO/shared services environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion payroll applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll transactions accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Manage daily service delivery and ensure achievement of KPIs and SLAs.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for payroll queries and issue resolution.
• Prepare and maintain operational and client reports.
• Ensure payroll compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Support audits, reconciliations, and payroll validations as required.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
