Hiring: Inside Sales Manager Location: Bangalore Joining: Immediate TeamLease EdTech is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead and manage a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in EdTech sales, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive team productivity and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage an inside sales team to achieve admission and revenue targets. Build and develop high-performing sales teams through coaching, training, and continuous performance management. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs, ensuring consistent team productivity and target achievement. Drive lead conversion by implementing effective sales strategies and best practices. Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and team development initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless student experience. Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth. Eligibility: 6–10 years of overall experience in Inside Sales. 3–4 years of experience in team handling is mandatory. Prior experience in the EdTech industry is mandatory. Strong experience in team building, coaching, productivity management, and achieving sales targets. Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate qualification is preferred.
