Performance Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Performance Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should have experience managing eCommerce campaigns, analyzing performance data, and optimizing campaigns to drive measurable business growth. This role involves working with US-based clients, where attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a results-oriented mindset are essential.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads to achieve business objectives.

● Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.

● Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, conversions, and revenue growth.

● Analyze website and campaign data to identify opportunities for optimization and scaling.

● Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing.

● Collaborate with creative, content, and development teams to improve campaign and landing page performance.

● Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

● Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and emerging performance marketing best practices.

● Work closely with US-based clients to understand business goals and deliver measurable results.

Technical Skills Required

● Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

● Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Ads Conversion Tracking, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API (CAPI).

● Experience setting up and managing Google Merchant Center, including product feeds, diagnostics, and policy compliance.

● Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem, including product catalogs, sales channels, app integrations, and tracking implementation.

● Strong understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.

● Ability to analyze marketing data and use insights to optimize campaigns and scale performance.

● Proven ability to create integrated Google and Meta advertising strategies that maximize business growth and marketing efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

● 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.

● Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads for eCommerce brands.

● Experience working with Shopify-based stores is preferred.

● Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.

● Familiarity with Looker Studio, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or similar analytics tools is an added advantage.

● Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
