TripleDart is a B2B SaaS GTM engineering and performance marketing agency, helping fast-growing software companies build predictable growth through content, SEO, paid media, and demand generation. We work with 250+ software companies and build our own tools and products alongside that client work — so the bar here is 'build it right,' not just 'get it done.' We care more about ownership and judgment than hours logged or titles held.

About The Role

This is not a traditional content writing role. You'll join our in-house Content team to build, refine, and scale the systems that power high-quality content production — working closely with the Content Manager to design AI-powered content workflows, improve content operations, and continuously experiment with new ways to produce exceptional content at scale.

What You Own

  • Building, refining, and scaling AI-powered content workflows on TripleDart's proprietary content platform, in partnership with the Content Manager
  • Reviewing 120–150 articles a month for quality, consistency, and alignment with client positioning
  • Identifying workflow gaps, recurring quality issues, and opportunities for improvement
  • Experimenting with new workflow designs, prompting strategies, and content production methodologies to improve quality, speed, and consistency
  • Building an in-depth understanding of every client's products, ICP, positioning, messaging, pain points, competitive landscape, and brand voice — and translating that into workflows that consistently produce on-brand, on-message content
  • Collaborating with content strategists, editors, SEO specialists, and other stakeholders to continuously improve content quality and operational efficiency

What It Takes To Succeed

  • You think in systems, not single pieces of content. You see a recurring quality issue and design a workflow fix, not just a one-off edit.
  • You go deep on client context. Positioning, ICP, and competitive landscape aren't background reading to you — they're the inputs your workflows are built on.
  • You're genuinely curious about AI. You experiment with prompting and automation because you want to see what's possible, not because you were told to.
  • You document what you build. Playbooks, SOPs, and process logic exist so the system outlives any one person running it.

Must have

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS marketing agency or as an in-house B2B SaaS content marketer
  • Strong understanding of positioning, messaging, ICPs, customer pain points, and long-form content strategy
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Strong systems-thinking ability with a passion for designing scalable workflows
  • Experience creating process documentation, playbooks, and SOPs
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and design better processes and workflow logic
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for experimenting with new content production methodologies

Good to have

  • Experience working with AI-assisted content creation tools
  • Experience designing prompting workflows or automation systems
  • Familiarity with content operations and process optimization
  • Experience working with proprietary content platforms or internal AI tools
