US Tax Analyst

Role Overview

This analyst position serves as the operational backbone for our U.S. International Tax function. You will provide critical execution support across recurring workstreams, including quarterly provision cycles, U.S. international tax compliance, Return to Provision (RTP) processes, and global compliance administration. This role is designed to bring consistency, high-quality documentation, and data discipline to our tax operations, enabling the team to scale effectively. You will also play a key role in our digital transformation by actively supporting the implementation of AI and automation solutions to modernize our tax workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Provision Support : Prepare standardized workpapers, support schedules, and foreign income inclusion/ Foreign Tax Credits data; perform tie-outs and variance analysis to ensure clean, audit-ready documentation.
• Compliance & RTP : Support U.S. international compliance and RTP processes by managing data gathering, validation, system inputs (e.g., OneSource), and maintaining trackers to ensure filing timelines are met.
• Global Compliance Operations : Coordinate deliverables and information flow with external providers (including KPMG), and oversee global compliance engagement administration, including billing and invoice coordination.
• AI & Technology Enablement : Contribute to our tax transformation strategy by maintaining the SOPs, logs, and process documentation necessary for automation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience : 2 – 5Yrs of Strong Corporate Income Tax, U.S. International Tax, compliance and tax provision processes.
• Technical Proficiency : Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills and ability to manage complex data sets. Experience with tax systems like OneSource is preferred but not required.
• Operational Mindset : Highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of working effectively within structured close calendars and defined SLAs.
• Technology-Forward Mindset : An open, proactive approach to technology; comfortable working in AI- and automation-enabled environments and eager to explore new tools to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Tax systems : Experience with OneSource is preferred.
