Role Overview Backend Python Developer - Software Engineering BACKEND PYTHON DEVELOPER LOCATION: BENGALURU Key Skills - Python - Django - REST APIs - MySQL - MongoDB - Docker - AWS - CI/CD - Redis - Celery - observability - monitoring - performance tuning

Location : Bengaluru, on-site

Roles And Responsibilities

2-3 years of experience Proven experience building production-grade REST APIs; Django REST framework experience is preferred.

• Strong understanding of databases - MySQL & MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, transactions, and query optimisation.
• High ownership mindset, clear communication, and ability to work in a product-oriented startup environment. Good to Have:
• Hands-on experience with Docker, AWS or similar cloud services, and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with Redis, Celery, queues, caching, or asynchronous processing.
• Exposure to observability, monitoring, production troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Passion for sports and fitness.
• Excitement about working in a fast-paced startup environment.
