How you'll make an impact Responsibilities: Professionals in this group act as voice of the customers in the organization. They gather and evaluate feedback from clients and present the insights findings to the internal stakeholders of the organization. They play a crucial role in creating customer loyatly and retention. Professionals are expected to be well-versed on the technical side of organization's products/offerings and should be able to share insight and tips on how to use features and troubleshoot. Incumbents at this level are senior/experienced Para-Professional with basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education. They may have little experience but may not have a professional qualification. They follow standard procedures and are responsible for perform basic routine based tasks in defined parameters but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures. They work under moderate supervision and communicate information that requires moderate interpretation. About you Qualifications: Typically requires a High School education or equivalent and minimum of 3 years of experience.
