Teleradiology Solutions (TRS) is a pioneer in teleradiology, delivering round-the-clock diagnostic radiology reporting and support to hospitals and healthcare providers across India, the US, and other global markets. Founded in 2002 by two Yale-trained physicians and headquartered in Ardmore, PA, TRS today serves over 150 hospitals across 21 countries. The company pairs a network of board-certified radiologists — including ABR-certified specialists — with technology-driven workflows and its AI-enabled arm, dAIgnostiX, to deliver fast, accurate, and reliable imaging interpretation. dAIgnostiX is based out of Bengaluru (Whitefield). TRS/dAIX also maintains an active academic focus ( and ongoing research interests, including AI in radiology.

Hiring: Clinical Quality Manager

\n

\n

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Teleradiology/dAIx QA team as a Clinical Quality Manager

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

• Manage daily QA operations and guide the QA team

\n

• Oversee radiology quality workflows, discrepancy tracking, and report reviews

\n

• Coordinate AI-assisted radiology QA activities and project follow-ups

\n

• Ensure timely closure of QA tasks, escalations, and documentation

\n

• Collaborate with radiologists, operations, and technical teams

\n

• Support training, workflow improvements, and process compliance

\n

\n

Required Skills:

\n

    \n
  • 5+ years of experience in Healthcare Quality Assurance (QA) and Analytics.
  • \n
  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Hospital Administration, or a related healthcare management field is preferred.
  • \n
  • Experience in Total Quality Management (TQM), quality improvement, or healthcare quality management is highly preferred.
  • \n
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting QA metrics, KPIs, and healthcare data.
  • \n
  • Ability to analyze QA metrics, discrepancy trends, TAT performance, and operational KPIs.
  • \n
  • Experience generating dashboards, reports, and quality insights for management review.
  • \n
  • Strong team management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • \n

Preferred Profile:

  • Experience in Healthcare QA with strong analytics exposure
  • \n
  • Exposure to AI-assisted healthcare workflows is an added advantage
  • \n
