Role Description
The Customer Sales & Support Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for helping customers throughout their buying journey—from answering product queries to converting purchase intent into successful orders and providing exceptional post-purchase support.
The ideal candidate will proactively engage customers via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media to recommend the right products, recover abandoned carts, conduct COD verification, manage NDR cases, resolve customer concerns, and maximize successful order conversions. Working closely with the Marketing, Operations, and Growth teams, this role plays a key part in driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects World of Oorja's values of authenticity and care.
