Hiring: Inside Sales Manager

TeamLease EdTech is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead and manage a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in EdTech sales, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive team productivity and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage an inside sales team to achieve admission and revenue targets.
• Build and develop high-performing sales teams through coaching, training, and continuous performance management.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs, ensuring consistent team productivity and target achievement.
• Drive lead conversion by implementing effective sales strategies and best practices.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and team development initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
• Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth.

Eligibility:

• 6–10 years of overall experience in Inside Sales.
• 3–4 years of experience in team handling is mandatory.
• Prior experience in the EdTech industry is mandatory.
• Strong experience in team building, coaching, productivity management, and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate qualification is preferred.
