Job Description

We are hiring for one of Osmo's clients - A fast-growing D2C personal care brand creating high-performance, thoughtfully designed body care products tailored for modern lifestyles and everyday confidence. Role - Graphic Designer Location - Fort, Mumbai Working days - Monday to Friday (10:30 AM - 6:30 PM) Work set-up - On-site Responsibilities: Brand & Social Media Design static and carousel creatives for social media. Develop campaign visuals that align with the brand identity. Create story templates, highlight covers, community assets and organic brand content. Translate creative concepts into polished, premium-looking assets. Website Design banners, product page images and other website creatives. Performance Marketing Design high-converting Meta, Google and other paid advertising creatives. Produce multiple creative variations for A/B testing. Understand performance metrics and iterate designs based on learnings. Work closely with the marketing team to continuously improve creative performance. Packaging Suggest design inputs for product packaging and labels. Prepare print-ready artwork for packaging. Events & Brand Collateral Design event branding, signage, invitations, merchandise and installation graphics. Create secondary packaging, inserts, mailers and PR boxes. Creative Strategy Participate in campaign ideation and creative brainstorming. Research design, beauty and cultural trends. Help shape creative concepts, not just execute them. Stay informed on emerging creative formats across digital platforms. AI & Content Creation Use AI tools to generate high-quality content for social and performance. Create moodboards, mockups, and visual explorations using AI. Be comfortable experimenting with tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Photoshop AI, Runway, or similar platforms. Video Editing Edit short-form videos and performance ads for social media. Create motion graphics and simple animations where needed. Resize and optimize content for different platforms and ad formats. Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in graphic design. (D2C background is a plus) Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, social and performance marketing work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Basic proficiency in Edits , After Effects , CapCut or similar video editing tools. Strong typography, layout and visual storytelling skills. Understanding of social-first creative and performance marketing principles. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail.
