Position: AV Design – Level 1(Audio-Visual Systems)

Location: Andheri Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 2-3 Years in the AV Industry

Qualification: Graduate (bachelor's degree – Mechatronics Engineering preferred)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AV Design Engineer who can effectively bridge the gap between client needs and technical solutions.

You will be responsible for supporting the sales and engineering teams with your technical expertise, creating winning AV solutions, and ensuring excellent client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Sales and Engineering teams to design AV solutions based on client requirements.

• Prepare accurate and detailed Bill of Materials (BoM), solution architecture, and technical,drawings documentation.

• Engage with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) for solution discussions, pricing, and technical clarifications.

• Make technical presentations to clients, explaining AV solutions, design rationale, and answering queries.

• Provide technical support to project and support engineers, ensuring the delivered solution matches the design.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the AV industry.

• Assist in responding to RFPs, RFQs, and technical submissions.

· Work closely with the sales team to design and propose AV solutions tailored to client needs

· Create technical drawings and system schematics using AutoCAD

· Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution

· Stay updated on the latest AV technologies and industry trends

· Take active participation in Pre Design,during execution till project handover.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in AV (Audio-Visual) presales, design, or implementation.

• Strong technical knowledge in AV systems such as Displays, Audio Systems, Video Conferencing Solutions, Control Systems, Signal Management, and Room Acoustics.

• Experience in working with brands like Q SYS,Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Shure, Poly, Cisco, Barco, etc., is a strong advantage.

• Ability to create/ read and understand AV drawings and schematics. - AUTO CAD 2-3D is must.

• Proficient in preparing proposals, BoM, and technical presentations.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.

• Must be based in Mumbai and willing to work full-time

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
