Role Description The Telemarketer role at Decor & Fabricage is a full-time, on-site position based in Nilothi ONLY FOR GIRLS OR FEMALES. The Telemarketer will make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce products, explain services, and generate interest in offerings. Daily tasks include building call lists, engaging in clear and courteous conversations, answering basic inquiries, and scheduling appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team. The role involves updating call records, tracking responses, and sharing customer feedback with colleagues to support continuous improvement. The Telemarketer will collaborate closely with the sales and customer service teams to meet call targets, support sales goals, and maintain a professional brand image in every interaction.
