About the Role:

You'll own content and growth from scratch — building the engine that takes from unknown to trusted. One of our content IPs already crossed 4M monthly views in two months, organically. You'll figure out what made that work and do it again, across channels, formats, and audiences. This isn't a 'write blog posts' role. It's building a content-led acquisition machine for a category that doesn't exist yet.

What You'll Do

● Own the content IPs from scratch across social, search, and community — targeting millions in reach.

● Write content that simplifies investing, taxation, credit, and wealth management so anyone can understand it.

● Create across formats — LinkedIn posts, X threads, newsletters, reels, explainer videos, SEO articles, landing pages.

● Build for AI search, not just Google — SEO and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) for ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity.

● Run performance marketing experiments across Meta and X — from early tests to scaling what works.

● Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity) heavily to research, ideate, and accelerate — while keeping the output original and sharp.

● Analyse content performance obsessively — traffic, engagement, conversions — and double down on what's working.

● Help build early community around — Reddit, WhatsApp, wherever the audience already is.

Requirements

● 2–4 years in content writing, copywriting, or content marketing.

● Exceptional written English — strong grammar, clear thinking, and the ability to make complex topics simple.

● Hands-on experience with AI writing and research tools — you've built personal workflows around them.

● Experience running performance marketing campaigns on Meta, X, or similar platforms.

● Understanding of SEO fundamentals and content optimization.

● Can independently research unfamiliar topics and produce credible, well-structured content.

● A portfolio of articles, blogs, newsletters, or social media content that demonstrates range and quality.
