The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to coordinate effectively with employees, visitors, vendors, and leadership teams. Key Responsibilities: - Manage reception desk, visitor handling, and incoming calls. - Coordinate courier, mail, and vendor-related activities. - Maintain office supplies, stationery, consumables, and inventory records. - Support printing, documentation, and administrative processes. - Assist with executive calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. - Occasionally visit vendor locations to collect urgent documents/materials as required. Skills & Experience Required: - 3+ years of relevant experience in Reception, Front Office, Administration, or Executive Assistant roles. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor. - Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Experience in visitor management, vendor coordination, and record maintenance. - Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities. - Own vehicle and willingness to travel locally on an occasional basis.
