Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, reels, promotional videos, and digital content .
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual treatments based on campaign requirements.
- Design and animate 2D graphics, typography, illustrations, transitions, and visual effects .
- Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and content teams to understand project requirements.
- Edit and enhance videos with appropriate music, sound effects, transitions, and visual effects .
- Adapt creative content into different formats and sizes for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, presentations, and other digital platforms .
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual and motion content.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest motion design trends, editing techniques, AI tools, and digital content formats .
- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure final deliverables meet quality standards.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator .
- Good understanding of motion graphics, animation principles, typography, composition, and visual storytelling .
- Experience in video editing, transitions, color correction, and basic sound editing.
- Ability to create engaging social media content such as Reels, Shorts, GIFs, and promotional videos .
- Good understanding of different video formats, resolutions, aspect ratios, and export settings.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software .
- Experience with AI-based design and video generation tools .
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX, branding, and graphic design.
- Illustration and character animation skills.
- Experience creating content for corporate brands or marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field .
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in motion graphics, animation, or video editing.
- A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating motion graphics and video work is required.
