We specialize in delivering high-quality eCommerce solutions to clients across the globe. We are looking for an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to manage Shopify projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end Shopify and Shopify Plus projects.
  
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal development team.
  
• Understand project requirements and prepare clear task briefs for developers and designers.
  
• Create project plans, timelines, and monitor project progress.
  
• Assign tasks, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
  
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide project updates.
  
• Coordinate with Shopify Developers, UI/UX Designers, QA, and other stakeholders.
  
• Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and escalate when necessary.
  
• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and progress reports.
  
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and quality standards.
  
• Assist in gathering client feedback and managing change requests.
  
• Use project management tools to monitor daily progress and team productivity.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Executive, or similar role.
  
• Experience coordinating Shopify or eCommerce projects is highly preferred.
  
• Strong understanding of the Shopify platform and eCommerce workflows.
  
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar.
  
• Basic understanding of website development, UI/UX, and QA processes.
  
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation tools.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Applications, or a related field
