Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and write compelling content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistent messaging that aligns with our brand's voice and objectives.
- Create engaging and informative posts, captions, blogs, and articles that resonate with our target audience and encourage interaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design content strategies that drive engagement and enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor social media trends, insights, and feedback to refine content and identify new opportunities for audience engagement.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, grammar, and tone are in line with brand standards.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication of all social media posts and articles.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages in a positive, professional manner.
- Track and analyze the performance of content across platforms, using insights to inform future content creation.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style to different platforms and audiences.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Proven ability to create engaging, high-quality content that drives engagement and traffic.
- Creative and innovative thinker, able to develop unique content ideas.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with basic SEO principles and tools is a plus.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
