Job Description Job Requirements - Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends. - Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns. - Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.). - If you are a fresher, you should have the ability to work on proposal writing and presentations; if you are experienced, then hands-on experience in the same will be preferable. - Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts. - Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, email, etc.). - Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies. - Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned. Essential Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing). - Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts, with a focus on email marketing. - Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus. - Strong written communication skills and attention to detail. - Interest in IT, digital marketing, and web development industries. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. - Eagerness to learn and grow within a tech-driven environment.
