As an Oracle RMCS Consultant, you will serve as a subject matter expert responsible for designing and implementing complex revenue recognition frameworks within the Oracle Cloud environment. You will work closely with cross-functional project teams and client stakeholders to translate intricate accounting requirements into automated, compliant system configurations. Your contribution will directly impact the financial accuracy and operational efficiency of our clients, ensuring their revenue management processes are fully aligned with global accounting standards and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and implement Oracle Revenue Management and Cloud Service (RMCS) modules to meet specific client business requirements and accounting policies.

- Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and system testing to ensure seamless integration with Oracle ERP Cloud.

- Design complex revenue contracts, performance obligations, and pricing strategies to automate revenue recognition processes for diverse business models.

- Collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to troubleshoot system issues, perform data migration, and provide post-implementation support to maintain system integrity.

- Develop comprehensive functional documentation and user training materials to facilitate smooth system adoption and operational readiness for the client teams.

Required Skillset :

- Possess 4 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud implementations, with a deep functional understanding of Oracle RMCS and revenue recognition principles.

- Demonstrate proficiency in mapping complex business scenarios to Oracle Cloud features, ensuring compliance with IFRS 15 and ASC 606 standards.

- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem effectively.

- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, fostering strong professional relationships and client trust.

- Adapt seamlessly to hybrid work environments across Hyderabad, Bangalore, or Pune, maintaining high productivity and collaboration within distributed project teams.

- Hold a relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology, complemented by a proven track record of delivering successful enterprise-level projects.
