Senior SAP Consultant - FICO Module

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior SAP Consultant (810 years experience) with a strong FICO foundation, who can play a team lead and practice-building role across SAP implementations, migrations, and transformation projects.

This role is focused on core SAP delivery (not just FICO) requiring someone who understands finance deeply but can work across modules, drive implementations end-to-end, and contribute to building a scalable SAP practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and drive end-to-end SAP implementations and migrations (ECC / S/4HANA)

- Act as a functional lead across SAP projects, beyond just FICO.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into SAP solutions.

- Bring strong expertise in SAP FICO, while actively collaborating across MM/PP/SD/PM etc.

- Contribute to solution design, architecture discussions, and system structuring.

- Play a key role in S/4HANA upgrades, migrations, and transformation programs.

- Support pre-sales and solutioning discussions: Requirement gathering, solution approach, and effort estimation.

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team capability building.

- Ensure successful execution across testing, UAT, and go-live.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 710 years of experience in SAP consulting with a strong FICO background.

- Proven experience in core SAP implementations (minimum 23 end-to-end projects).

- Strong hands-on expertise in:

1. FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting)

2. CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, COPA, Product Costing)

- Cross-module experience is critical (MM, SD, PP integrations).

- Experience in S/4HANA (implementation or migration).

- Exposure to SAP on cloud / public cloud environments (e.g., S/4HANA Cloud) is preferred.

- Understanding of SAP licensing, migration strategies, and system architecture.

- Ability to independently manage client conversations and solutioning discussions.

- Prior experience in leading teams or owning modules/projects.
